Morning Mat Pilates

This 60 Minute Mat Class will take place in the heart of an Organic Flower Field, and focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, balance, posture, and overall body awareness through controlled intentional movement. Modifications and options are provided making the class welcoming for a variety of fitness levels. Come move, breath, and reconnect with your body in a beautiful outdoor setting! After class has ended, enjoy a relaxing flower picking experience throughout the farm and complimentary herbal iced tea. Ticket includes one hour of instruction, a hand picked bouquet by you to take home after class, and refreshment.
